What is "Peachwood Grilled"?
Grilling over peach wood creates a special flavor for all our broiled and smoked menu items. We have found, over years of perfecting our skills and techniques, that cooking over peach wood (unlike oak, hickory, or mesquite, which can leave a bitter or wood aftertaste), adds a very mellow hint of smoke flavor, not ever overpowering.

BBQ
Baby Back Ribs from Omaha, NE are slow smoked daily in the Peachwood smoker for 6 to 8 hours. The BBQ Sauce is from Gates and Son's, Kansas City, Missouri. It is shipped to us regularly from Ollie Gates himelf. Unlike honey, molasses or brown sugar sweetened sauce, there's more of a vinegar base which is tart and very special on our freshly smoked ribs.
