What is "Peachwood Grilled"?
Grilling over peach wood creates a special flavor for all our broiled and smoked menu items. We have found, over years of perfecting our skills and techniques, that cooking over peach wood (unlike oak, hickory, or mesquite, which can leave a bitter or wood aftertaste), adds a very mellow hint of smoke flavor, not ever overpowering.

DINNER ENTRÉES
Your meal includes Walla Walla onion soup, a salad of mixed organic greens with a choice of Peachwood’s dressings, our wheat sourdough bread, mélange of fresh locally grown vegetables, and a choice of brown rice, garlic mashed potatoes, baked potato or waffle fries.

You may substitute an Iceberg wedge with crumbled bleu cheese, Caesar or spinach salad
